ABOUT NEO

NEO is the Greek word for new.

Imagine a day when mortgage companies can no longer get away with just putting people into debt, but must equally focus on getting people out of debt and showing them how to leverage their home to maximize their wealth.

We believe successful homeowners – who have a plan to maximize their wealth and minimize their monthly expenses – make better neighbors and build stronger communities for us all.

We created the NEO Home Loans logo as a symbolic commitment to our relationship with you. We believe the closing of your home loan is where our relationship and guidance begin.

As your financial situation evolves and changes, we will be the constant guide you can count on. We aspire to become the most valuable person in your life when it comes to real estate and finance.

Ultimately, our success as a company is not measured by how many loans we do, but by how successful you become.

We look forward to being your guide on your homebuying and wealth-building journey!

I got into this business at 21 because a friend told me I'd be good at it.

That's the honest answer. No grand plan. No family legacy in real estate. Just a kid from a single-income household in California who needed a direction and stumbled into an industry that would end up meaning everything to him.

What changed me wasn't getting into mortgage. It was 2008.

I watched families lose homes they never should have lost — not because they made bad decisions, but because nobody sat down with them and helped them make good ones. Nobody asked the right questions. Nobody thought past the transaction. I saw what happens when people are treated like a file number instead of a future, and I decided that wasn't going to be how I operated.

That decision is still the reason I show up every day.

Over the past 20-plus years, I've helped more than 2,000 families finance homes across nearly every loan type on the market. I've been recognized as one of the top 1% of originators in the country. I hold a degree in Political Science from UC Berkeley. I've built a team and a division that closes hundreds of millions in loans each year.

But none of that is why you should work with me.

You should work with me because when we sit down together, I'm not thinking about your loan. I'm thinking about your next ten years. What does this decision do for your wealth? What does it cost you if you wait? What does the right structure look like for your life, not just the one that closes fastest?

Most lenders will get you to the finish line. My job is to make sure the finish line is worth crossing.

If that sounds like the kind of conversation you've been looking for, I'd love to have it.
